Shipping & Delivery Costs
Mornington Peninsula Massage Therapy will ship goods to anywhere in Australia; however freight charges do vary and different rates will apply accordingly. Shipping costs will be more expensive in areas outside of Melbourne Metropolitan areas. Please note freight charges quoted are estimates only and are subject to change. Adjustments will be made according to suburb, quantities and the bulky nature of goods shipped. Please email your details and your products required for a final freight cost.

Australian Delivery
Please note that domestic orders are sent via our premium courier service & parcel and we recommend you have your order delivered where a signature can be obtained as proof of delivery. All Australian orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details. Please note that we are unable to accept orders to P.O. Box addresses. If you chose to request your order be left, if no one is in attendance, Mornington Peninsula Massage Therapy accepts no responsibility for lost or missing deliveries. Confirmation of delivery by the delivery service will indicate the order has been delivered as requested and the purchaser is now responsible for any missing deliveries.
Delivery Delays
Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay.
Limits on Goods
Please note some restrictions may apply regarding the amount of each item we are able to send in one order. If your order exceeds the limit, we will contact you to advise you of this and will offer any possible solutions.

Cancellation Policy
Mornington Peninsula Massage Therapy has a strict online Cancellation Policy in place, there is no "Change of Mind" cancellations, as in accordance with Australian Consumer Laws. In the event of a Customer wanting to cancel their order for whatever reason, a full loss of all monies paid will be applicable. We are unable to provide a refund under any circumstances.
